"Pretty easy exchange, just took a little longer"
I had to swap for a different size, and the return process was simple, right? It did take a few days longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but everything worked out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much

"Quick fix and good service"
My shirt showed up with a small print issue, nothing major but still a bit annoying. I emailed them, wasn’t sure how long it would take, and they got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without making it a hassle, which I really appreciated. The replacement arrived fine, and now I’m happy with it. Overall, really good experience with how they handled the whole thing.

"Size was off, but it worked out"
I had to return a shirt because the sizing didn’t quite work for me. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, but customer support did get back to me and it came through in the end. Not a flawless experience, but nothing too serious. Fair enough overall, and I’d still order from them again...

"Super Easy Checkout"
Checkout was way easier than I expected. I found what I needed, tossed it in my cart, and just kind of moved through the payment steps without any weird hiccups or confusing pages. The shipping options were clear enough, which I always appreciate because I hate when that part turns into a whole thing. I didn’t have to redo my order or fight with the site, and the confirmation email showed up right away, so yeah, smooth overall. No complaints from me...

I’d give Terror Threads 4 stars, mostly because the designs are really original. A lot of the shirts have this creepy, weird style that I don’t see on every other site, and that’s what drew me in. Some designs hit way better than others, but overall it feels unique. I do wish there were a few more simple options, though. Also, I kind of felt ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response, which took away from the experience a bit.

The quality is alright and the designs are cool, but for the price, I kinda expected a bit more. It’s not bad overall, just didn’t feel like the best value for me.

"Pretty smooth tracking overall"
In my experience, the tracking for my shirt order was solid. It updated when the shirt shipped and again when it was out for delivery, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. It did arrive a day later than I was hoping, but i’d still say the whole thing went well...

They had a really big selection, and I ended up finding a few things I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Overall it was a good experience, but I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer, so that part took me a bit longer than I hoped

"Helpful support, tracking could be better"
I had to reach out about my order because I hadn’t gotten an update for a few days. They replied quickly, well, quicker than I expected—and were really nice about explaining what was going on. The package ended up arriving just fine after that. I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish the tracking had been clearer from the start, but the support team was helpful.

They had my size available, which makes all the difference. No overthinking or hunting around, if something fits and is in stock, that’s pretty much what you hope for. Simple, easy experience.

"Showed up quick"
Got my shirt in like a week, which was faster than I was expecting. Tracking was easy enough to follow and updated fine. Only thing is I kinda wish it had shipped out the same day, but overall it was all good.

I really like the designs, and that’s what made me try them in the first place. The only thing is the sizing has been kind of inconsistent for me. One shirt fit perfectly, but another one felt tighter than I expected, and I ordered what I thought was the same size. Maybe it’s just the style or fabric or something, I’m not totally sure. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the fit was a bit more reliable

"Pleasantly Surprised"
I ordered a tee from Terror Threads and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I ended up being happy with it. The print looks clean, and the fabric feels nicer than I thought it would—not thin or cheap at all. I’ve washed it a couple of times already and it’s still holding up well. Overall, a solid purchase.
